Part of the Chick-fil-A culture is our clean, professional appearance and we want to ensure our Team Members maintain the standards.
Below, you will find lots of information on how we are successful with our goal!

Uniforms

The first way we achieve this goal is that Vince and Meagan cover half of the cost of most uniform items.
For more information about the different uniform items, visit the provided links to see photos, sizes, and, prices that the Team Member will pay.
Once the restaurant places the order, the cost of the items that were requested will be deducted from the Team Member’s paycheck.
Shipping time on uniform pieces can vary. When the items have arrived at the restaurant, a Leader will notify the Team Member that the items are ready for pick up.

Grooming

The second way we achieve this goal is that we follow all is the appearance standards that Chick-fil-A has set for us.
