Vince Merrell
I’m originally from the small town of Vernal in rural Utah. I grew up working at my dad’s business, Jiffy Pawn Shop, where I learned many of the basic principles of running a successful business. After high school I spent two years in England serving a mission for my church. I graduated from Utah State University and became a high school business and marketing teacher for 9 years. I left teaching to own a Chick-fil-A restaurant at University Mall in Orem, Utah. I later applied to relocate to Las Vegas and grand opened Chick-fil-A Rainbow & Lake Mead in November 2018.
My wife Meagan and I have been married for over 20 years. We have three children: Brooke, Tyler, and Henry. We love living in Las Vegas and are grateful for the many blessing we enjoy in our lives.

Meagan Merrell
I was born and raised in Vernal, Utah. After high school I completed a 2 year associates degree from USU and worked for the next 9 years in various dental offices as both an assistant and office manager. Vince and I have been married for over 20 years and have 3 children—Brooke, Tyler, and Henry. We now call Las Vegas home and have loved being here! For the past 9 years I’ve worked with Vince in his journey as a Chick-fil-A operator. It’s been challenging and rewarding, and we feel blessed to have this opportunity.

Danika Mertel
I was born and raised in Las Vegas and it will always be home to me! I have two older sisters Alix and Nicole, who I am super close with as well as an older brother, CJ who lives in California. I graduated from UNLV with a degree in Business Management in 2023 and have worked for Chick-fil-A for 8 years now, most of which has been working for Vince here at Chick-fil-A Rainbow and Lake Mead.
In my free time I love to read, watch sports (Here we Go Steelers/Go Knights Go!) and be with my nephew, Maverick and my niece, Demi.

Daniel Woolnough
I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. I have been working for Chick-fil-A for 16 years. I attended Auburn University and The University of South Alabama, majoring in Business management and psychology. I moved to Las Vegas in January 2019 to work at Rainbow & Lake Mead.
My wife’s name is Jami. She is a family medicine physician in the Air Force. We have 3 golden retrievers named Finn, Rex, and Hana. I’m a big car guy and a massive Star Wars fan.

Rachel Hill
I was born and raised in the small town of Ball Ground, GA. I started working for Chick-fil-A in 2009 at 16 years old, while it has been my one and only job, I have had a lot of cool opportunities within the company and wouldn’t change a thing. I began working at Rainbow & Lake Mead in 2019 as a team member and worked my way up to the director team. Currently, I work closely with the HR Team to help approve and create new systems.
I got married in 2018 and have been following my husband around the country ever since. We welcomed our third child in June 2025 and currently live in Kingsport, TN. So, even though you won’t see me in the restaurant, you will most likely get a text message from me!

Kevin Viner
I was born and raised here in Las Vegas, NV. I have my mother, Tanya, and my older brother, Brandon, who both also work in management for other companies in town. Prior to working for Chick-fil-A, I worked a number of other retail and food service jobs while attending high school at Cimarron-Memorial High. After graduation, I completed some college courses at the College of Southern Nevada before being hired by Vince and starting as a Team Member at Rainbow and Lake Mead in 2020. After 5 years, I worked my way up to become a part of the Director team, while thankfully meeting my significant other, Brynn, along the way!
In my free time, I like to exercise or relax by spending time with my loved ones, annoying my cats, Cassidy and Lily, gaming, or building Gundam model kits. I'm always willing to help answer questions, find solutions, or have a conversation about something nerdy!

Cerissa Sweet
I was born in East Los Angeles, CA. We moved to Las Vegas, NV when I was 3 years old, which almost makes me a native! My husband and I have been married since 2005. We have two daughters, Samantha and Jilleigh-Ann and became grandparents in 2020 to a handsome boy named Benjamin.
I have worked in the food industry since my first job working for my mom at 13 years old. I took some time away to be a wife and mom. Trying to rejoin the workforce proved challenging. But in November 2018, I was blessed to receive a job offer to join the Chick-fil-A Rainbow and Lake Mead team. I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn and grow here.
I am passionate about serving not only our guests but our team members too!

Samira Mohammed
Born in Ethiopia and raised in Egypt, I have been able to travel the world and experience a wide range of cultures.
The most important parts of my life are God and Family; I was married to my husband for over 20 years and we have two beautiful daughters together. I always strive to do right by God, my family, and my friends.
I have been a part of the Chick-fil-A Rainbow & Lake Mead team since the beginning and look forward to many more years with this team.
