Levels Training
Program

Here at Chick-fil-A Rainbow and Lake Mead, growth and development is important to us.
We have created a training program that will take a Team Member from a new hire all the way to becoming a Trainer and beyond!

Skills Required

Once you have a full understanding and have completed the requirements associated with the Level you wish to be evaluated on, you will fill out a request form for an assessment.
A Leader will then be scheduled to evaluate the skills you have learned by watching you interact with Guests and fellow Team Members.

Committed, Coachable & Aware

You can have great skills within the restaurant, but you will not pass the Level if you never show up on time, call out, switch shifts often, etc.
Same applies even if you have an amazing attitude but cannot input an order correctly.

After every assessment, a Director will evaluate your commitment, your coachability, and awareness and have a discussion with you.
