BOH Team Members are responsible for serving great food in a clean and safe environment to
ensure every guest receives a consistent experience of food quality, presentation and speed of service.
BOH Team Members will utilize LEAN, AHA, other systems & checklists to ensure food safety and food quality.
All BOH Team Members are expected to work along with their fellow Team Members to provide the great service.
